When using a Voodoo3 3500 with the TV Application, dedicated Voodoo3 3500 Drivers are required...
Be sure to choose the correct regional Driver! Above Non-US Versions will NOT function with US based Systems, and can cause significant errors!
For maximum Performance and latest features, standard or 3rd Party Voodoo3 Drivers are recommended.

The 3dfx VisualReality TV Software is known to experience Problems on some Systems, mostly under Win2k/XP.
The DScaler Software is a highly recommended Alternative in this case.
Many Versions exist, but above were found recommended & tested as suitable for common use.

If TV Tuner functionality is not required and focus is on 3D Gaming only, use of Voodoo3 Drivers instead of
above dedicated Voodoo3-3500/TV Drivers is highly recommended, as these offer far better Game compatibility.
